Today we’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Valentine Agamah to Business Director.
Valentine will be responsible for innovation, digital and growing our engagement and campaigning strategies to support our wider client base across the public and private sectors.
Valentine’s recent successes include leading communications strategies for Moda Living’s co-living neighbourhood in Southwark; Pocket Living’s Build to Rent scheme in the OPDC and planning approval for Phase 1 of Margarine Works, the 2,000 home masterplan in Southall. Valentine is also instrumental in Cascade’s expanding portfolio outside of London supporting major plans for Ebbsfleet United Football Club’s new stadium and 3,500 new homes in Gravesham, alongside a growing roster of projects across the Oxford-Cambridge arc.
Emma Waterfall, Cascade’s Managing Director, said: “Valentine has been a key part of Cascade’s culture, business development and growth for almost five years. His positive and energic approach is much valued by clients and he leads his projects with purpose and authenticity. Valentine’s promotion to Director aligns with Cascade’s values offering highly personalised service and our growth plan, which is focused on senior level advice and delivery.”
Valentine added: “It’s a great pleasure working at Cascade. We’re an incredibly motivated team and I’m excited about where we’re heading as a company. I’m looking forward to helping further our campaign and strategic expertise including exploring new ways to solve problems for our clients and ultimately helping them meet their objectives.”
Cascade’s team led by Emma Waterfall also includes Business Directors, Sam Wilson and Clare Hartshorne. Sam continues to build our planning engagement services with recent successes in Croydon, Westminster, Kensington, Kingston and Wandsworth, while Clare leads our corporate communications, reputation management and media relations offer for clients including Oxford University Development, Ballymore and Hammerson’s Bishopsgate Goodsyard and the Shewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.
